Delicate aromas of rose petals. The dry Rosé provokes ripe strawberry and crisp flavors complemented by a thrill of sour cherries. Finishes with elegant grip and pretty lingering acid.

Compton Brut is made with old vine Wadenswil Pinot Noir from Marys Peak Vineyard and old vine 108 clone Chardonnay from Hoot and Howl Vineyard in Philomath, Oregon, using methode champenoise, the traditional method of sparkling wine making: a slow, elegant transformation from still wine to sparkling, all occurring inside the bottle.

This 2023 vintage is the final harvest of old vine Riesling from Mary's Peak Vineyard, lovingly crafted in an off-dry style.

Bold aromas of fresh cut tobacco roll into hints of leather. Fruit flavors of pomegranate flows into blackberry notes that introduce the wine. Bright cherry-cola and dark plum are lifted by balanced acidity. With hints of spice, the wine finishes with a silky texture and lengthy, lingering finish.

Matt Compton planted BoVine Vineyard with Pommard, Wadenswil and 667 clones of Pinot Noir in Alpine, Oregon, back in 2008. The land was formerly cow pasture and we appreciate their contributions to the soil.

 "The winery hasn’t made this wine since 2011. This offering was aged 18 months in French oak (20% new). The aromas lead with notes of freshly brewed coffee followed spice, black licorice, and dark cherry, with barrel notes primary. Full-bodied, pleasing flavors follow. Espresso notes linger on the finish. Fruit and barrel play equal parts in the show. 14% alcohol. Screwcap. 164 cases produced."

We reserve this special small-lot wine for our wine club members and our Tasting Room guests. Mary’s Peak Vineyard was planted between 1977 and 1980 to the Wädenswil clone of Pinot Noir. Situated on East-facing slopes of alluvial, sedimentary loam soil, and in the rain shadow of the highest mountain in the Oregon Coast range, this dry-farmed vineyard consistently grows top quality Pinot Noir. Allow some time for this delicate wine to breathe and open up in your glass.

This dry farmed vineyard consists of 2.1 acres of Pinot Noir planted between 1977 and 1980 to the Wädenswil clone. Alluvial, sedimentary loam soil. · Light garnet color in the glass. Aromas of cherry juice, balsam and earthy flora draw you in. Graceful, silky and cohesive, offering flavors of red cherry, raspberry and spice. Gentle power that packs more punch than the light color and demure composure would suggest.
